Section 4B of the Bonded Retailer
Act. For the purpose of sub-section (2) of the Licensed Manufacturer or Wholesaler or his agent, the retail seller with the Kesh Memo disclosing the type, quality, quantity and price of the food items shall be considered as a guaranteed retail seller.
